This system isexpected to move slowly northwestward during the next day or two,reaching the coast of Texas by Monday.  Development of this systemis not expected due to strong upper-level winds.* Formation chance through 48 hours low near 0 percent.* Formation chance through 7 days low near 0 percent.Tropical Atlantic:A tropical wave between the west coast of Africa and Cabo VerdeIslands is producing a broad area of disorganized showers andT-Storms.
