For the North Atlantic Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of America:Active Systems:The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on TropicalStorm Erin, located over the eastern tropical Atlantic severalhundred miles west of the Cabo Verde Islands.Northwestern Atlantic:A non-tropical area of low pressure located a few hundred milessoutheast of Nova Scotia, Canada, is producing disorganized showerand T-Storm activity to the west of its center. Somelimited tropical or subtropical development is possible over thenext day or so as the low meanders near the relatively warm watersof the Gulf Stream. The system is expected to move northward overcooler waters by Wednesday, ending its chances for tropicaldevelopment.* Formation chance through 48 hours low 10 percent.* Formation chance through 7 days low 10 percent.North-Central Gulf:A surface trough near the coast of Louisiana is producing a broadarea of disorganized showers and T-Storms. While developmentof this system is not anticipated before it moves inland latertoday, locally heavy rainfall could produce flash flooding acrossportions of the northern Gulf coast over the next day or so. ALERT 3:15 AM | Flash Flood Warning Cotton County until 6:15 AM Tuesday
From William Cole: A Flash Flood Warning has been issued in the Weather Tracker TV OKC coverage area for Cotton County in Oklahoma until 6:15 AM.
At 315 AM , Live Radar indicated T-Storms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
Remember if you see water across a roadway do not drive through it. Turn Around Don’t Drown.

Severe Weather Update 11:02 PM Harmon County
From William Cole: A T-Storm Warning continues for for Harmon County in Oklahoma until 11:15 PM.
At 1102 PM , a severe T-Storm was located near Gould, moving east at 10 mph. A wind gust of 55 mph has been measured near Gould.
Primary Threats: 60 Mph Wind Gusts.

10:29 PM | T-Storm Warning Harmon County until 11:15 PM Monday
From William Cole: A T-Storm Warning has been issued in the Weather Tracker TV OKC coverage area for Harmon County in Oklahoma until 11:15 PM.
At 1028 PM , a severe T-Storm was located near the Texas state line west of McKnight, moving east at 20 mph. A wind gust of 67 mph was measured southeast of Wellington Texas.
Hometowns Impacted: Hollis, Gould, Mcknight, And Mcqueen.
Primary Threats: 60 Mph Wind Gusts And Nickel Size Hail.
