For the North Atlantic Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of America:Tropical Atlantic (AL91):A broad area of low pressure over the eastern tropical Atlantic,associated with a tropical wave, is producing a disorganized area ofshowers and T-Storms. Environmental conditions are favorablefor development of this system, and a tropical depression is likelyto form over the weekend or early next week as it moves slowlywestward at 5 to 10 mph across the central tropical Atlantic.
